The beds were comfortable. The rooms were newly renovated and reasonably large. The location was very close to stores, restaurants, Madison, WI, and the event center. The hotel had an in-house restaurant. The lobby bar was enjoyable

The location was convenient and absolutely perfect, down to the inhouse restaurant, convenient to go everywhere. In a hurry we visited Milio's Sub Sandwiches nearby.

Overall had enjoyable stay on a business trip. The setting was particularly good, really close to the stores/restaurants nearby, and the event center. Plus it was 5 mins drive from South Pond.

Newly renovated room with private bathroom and climate control, pay television, and tea/coffee making equipment. The favourable and unbeatable location for the price, very close to restaurants including Ruth's Chris and a World of Beer and the event center and a shopping mall. Also, down to the inhouse restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the event center, which was perfect for the event I attended. There are also many restaurants in the area, providing a wide range of eating choices. The room I stayed in was spotless and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very accommodating and allowed for an early check-in and late checkout. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with an omelette station and a variety of options.

The noise from ongoing construction in the hotel was quite disruptive at times.

Madison Marriott West is a great place for exploring the attractions of Madison. The front desk staff is very accessible and friendly. I enjoyed ordering dinner at their on-site restaurant, Falling Water Cafe. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was very convenient.

Everything was nice, absolutely great hotel. I liked the newly remodelled room and 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed. Coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator worked well. The employees were very amiable all the time.

I would think at the price per night, there should at least be a mini refrigerator? Some people not me though, have to keep medication chilled!!

Had essentials needed in the king room, including coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator. It had good location, close to nearby stores and restaurants, and Madison.

The staff here is excellent, genuinely friendly, and the rooms have been recently renovated with exceptionally comfortable beds, providing great service that left me totally satisfied.

Cozy M Club and Friendly Staff

During my recent stay at a hotel in Middleton, I had the pleasure of experiencing the newly renovated M Club. It was a great place to relax, grab a snack, and catch up on some work. Susan, the club hostess, was incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. The reception staff were equally friendly and always ready to assist. I also appreciated the hotel's recent renovations, especially the upgraded rooms and exercise facility. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as noise near the elevator and some construction mess, overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
